Approved Subprocessors

This page lists the subprocessors currently authorized by Tekkr GmbH to process personal data on behalf of its customers, in accordance with Article 28(2) GDPR. This is the authoritative version of the Subprocessor List referenced in the Data Processing Agreement and prevails in the event of any conflict with Appendix C.

Where a subprocessor processes personal data outside the EEA, Tekkr ensures appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR are in place. “SCCs (2021)” refers to the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4 June 2021 (Decision 2021/914).
