Solution
Tekkr joined as a hands-on execution partner to help Parloa scale its tech organization. Tekkr filled the gaps that fast-growing teams often can’t cover internally in times of hyper-scaling, laying the foundation for a generational company.

Challenge: Parloa needed to grow fast, hiring 10+ people across product roles, but lacked the time and internal mechanisms to assess performance, identify gaps, and uplevel talent.
Solution: Tekkr supported performance calibration conversations and talent reviews using lightweight 9-box frameworks, contributed to the hiring of a new VP Product (now CPO), and helped onboard several PMs.

Challenge: Parloa was transitioning from a mature, revenue-driving core product to a bold new bet on Agentic AI: AMP. With most resources focused on AMP, questions arose about how to prioritize across bets and execution layers.
Solution: Tekkr helped facilitate a series of strategy and prioritization discussions, including a leadership offsite, translating leadership vision into clear guidance for teams across Sales, Product, and Tech.

Challenge: With a fast-growing team of over 100 engineers and tech staff, Parloa saw an opportunity to introduce a more structured approach to goal-setting to strengthen ownership, alignment, and transparency.
Solution: Tekkr co-drive implementation of the company-wide OKR process for the Tech department together with the Chief of Staff to the CTO, helping product and tech teams connect day-to-day execution to strategic goals.

Solution: Tekkr introduced the Quarterly Product Update (QPU), a repeatable format for structured roadmap communication that aligned internal teams and equipped Sales and Partnerships to engage enterprise customers with clarity and confidence.

Challenge: Parloa’s processes for product discovery, delivery and enablement were not initially built to support enterprise customers at scale.
Solution: Tekkr strengthened product operations under sponsorship of the CPO by:
- Establishing a product release framework designed to meet enterprise customers highest standard of quality and reliability
- Introducing PRDs and PRFAQs as foundational Product documents
- Redesigning Jira to empower observability, execution clarity and automation across 15+ teams

Parloa didn’t just keep up with its growth ambitions, it accelerated them with Tekkr’s support. Parloa closed a $66M Series B and a $120M Series C, officially joining the ranks of Germany’s unicorns as the 28th company to do so.
